Sustainability and upcycling are things I am very interested in related to fiber arts.

Fast fashion is creating a climate disaster—I am more into slow fashion.

This piece was created freehand, using yarns and fibers I had left over from other projects as well as some sustainable fiber I was given, including recycled sari silk.

I mixed knitting and crocheting and was not concerned with symmetry between the two sides of the garment.
